  • How to proceed an order for product?

    First,contact us and let us know which product you are interested,showing a picture and product name.

    Second,we will need to know the status and demand of the customer and give a price after an estimation.

    Third,if the price offer is accepted,the customer confirms and arrange the payment.

    Finally,the company arranges the shipment and keep the customer updated about the shipping information.

  • What type of guarantee do you offer for the products?

    Typically we offer a one-year warranty for our products. Specific warranty period will depend on the content of the final purchase contracts.

  • Do you offer discounts for large orders?

    We understand the restraints of budgets which is why,depending on the size and nature of your order,we may be able to apply a discount to large orders. Please contact us [email protected] for a quote.

  • What is the price for your product?

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept bank transfer and paypal for purchase orders. In addition,we are able to take Visa/Mastercard/American Express payment in our online store,if you can find your desired items there.

  • Do you cover tax and duty for international orders?

    Sorry,we typically do not cover import tax and duties to destination countries,which would have quite different rules and tax rates among different countries as well.

  • What about the lead time?

    It depends on the item,the size of the order,the season and our stock situation. Please contact us in time to know more.

  • How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

    We usually ship by DHL,UPS,FedEx,or TNT. For small orders,it usually takes less than a week to arrive in non-remote areas of Europe,Asia,and North America. However,the exact shipping time will depend on the logistics status for that time.
